    PimpXHost - Good, Bad, or Ugly?

    Hey guys... wondering if you can help me out. I'm looking for hosting for a new site and I came across PimpXHost.com. They're offering 100 GB of bandwidth with overage billed at .70 and 2GB of diskspace for $50/month. This is the kind of package I'm interested in starting out with but I don't know anything about this company. One of my concerns is their tech support seems to be only ICQ or email, no phone, and I can't find anywhere it says that the support is 24/7.

    Anyway, I thought someone here may have had experience with them and could tell me a little more.

          Thanks senseidru. It is a good hosting package. I guess I have the same concern with cybehost that I do with pimpxhost. Your tech support seems to be only ICQ or email, no phone, and I can't find anywhere it says that the support is 24/7. Please let me know if this is incorrect.

                      That's right, at the moment we don't provide phone support. I am online most of the day and if I'm not you can email us, issues are dealt with asap.
