                                                This conflict has a far greater outreach than anybody can even imagine. It only took prolonged occupation after Desert Storm for a muslim outrage that fueled the hatred and caused 3000+ casualties in NYC in 2k1.

                                                                You don't see the civilian casulties on the Iraqi side on TV, too bad CNN doesn't feed that into the lines for breakfast.

                                                                Humilating soldiers and torturing them to death are also two different aspects that you should take into account.

                                                                                    Exactly, cruelty of war. Ones use a high caliber gattling gun mounted on an Apache, others use a rusty fish knife to kill.

                                                                                    Sooner or later the footage hits the news. Some are outraged over the Apache footage of guys getting blown into pieces, and some are cheering for it. Vice versa with the fish knife beheading. Some cheer it on, some are outraged.

Do you understand that the point of the video is to anger the US? They want more blood. Osama is behind this, and every time USA kills or humiliates an iraqi or any muslim they gain more followers. The civilized nations " the good guys" follow the international laws established and will not lower themselves to the level of criminals...

If it is proven that our soldiers did such things, I'll be as disgusted as I am by that videotape.                                                                                                                                                                                                 The Arab countries/Middle East are fighting back in the only way that they really can...using the press, hitting the US and its citizens where it will really hurt. They don't have the military, power, or money to combat the US on any other level.
