i know someone who had a site like that, for the dutch ppl (dutch site) and that went very good. Til he got trouble from Rolex and had to remove their watches and brand name off his site if he didnt want a huge ass case on his ass.
But the site is gone now cuz of other reasons that got nothing to do with heat or something.
