Well they still have an open ticket for me. I see in the admin area they want me to verify my new Epass card (the old one expires 2/05). The problem is I have nothing to verify as the new card didnt come. I think thats where the fuck up is but one rep says a new card isnt coming they are just extending the expiration date. Another rep says a new card is coming. They really don't know.

Now I also get an email stating that because I am over 5k I need to send a blood, urine and hair sample. I wouldn't be over 5k if I could use the fucking ATM to get my money out.

Nothing like chasing people to pay you, wondering if sponsors will pay on time etc. Only to get your money and not be able to get it out. Fuckin joy.
