Wake up, ride my bike for 45 mins low intensity.
Eat breaky and get to work.
Lift in the evening 3x a week, around 8-9pm. Weights take me about 45 mins as well. Including a 5 min warmup and 10 min cooldown and stretch.
Dropped from 208lbs to 174lbs now. 13% bf still. Not happy yet.
