12pm wake up
1pm drink a 50g RTD protein shake
1:30pm drink a sugarfree redbull
2pm or 3pm i get to the gym (least amount of people)
run for 30-45 minutes on the treadmill/elliptical
lift weights for 45min
swim for 30min
mon-thur & sun
