This is a new name but I've been in this business for over 7 years now.
I see many people on this board and others making the same mistake I did for my first three years in the business; Trying to do too many different things.
Pick one thing. One site. One concept. One idea. Put 100% of your time and effort into it and keep at it to no end. You'll wind up a lot better off that way. And I don't mean stick to it for days or weeks, I mean months.
When I first started out I was trying to run AVS sites, free sites, pay sites, porn sites, dating sites, link lists, top lists, etc. etc. None of them worked out in the end. Again, I see many people falling into this trap.
When I decided to stop everything and focus on ONE site and one site only (RedPersonals.com for those who are curious) I started watching my income multiply (eventually to the tune of 7 figures/year).
I'm always full of new ideas and concepts. It's often hard to pass them up and stick to one thing, but believe me, it will pay off.
Again, quite general advice and it may sound silly, but if a few people here listen to it, trust me, it will help you out in the long run.
