i think they should just get court marshalled thats it. after all look what the scum bags are doing to our soldiers that they have captured. If i were a soldier i might have taken it to the same level i don't think i would have put a leash on them or made them do obscene shit but i would def beat the living shit out of everyone one of them.

I didn't say Pearl was in Iraq, just wanted to point out that not every prisoner is treated with hot meals. People in those jails are the same.

The geneva/Hague convention does not apply to insurgents or belligerents, they have no such rules to abide by when they capture american citizens or soldiers.
It might not be right, but they do not have to treat anyone humanely, so comparing the two is useless.Comment
