first you have to believe there was a jesus - and if he was God.
After that the answer is obvious. Jesus was promoting sex only in marriage, not outside of it. IN that case, Jesus would have to be married in order to have sex, and from the records, he wasnt.
So no Jesus did not have sex. His apostles (*some of whom were married) did.
The next question - did he rub one out?? Probably not since Jesus already discussed the fact of looking at women with lust in your eyes. But his natural body needs would allow that during his sleep time, nocturnal emissions would occur thereby he would have.
