Girls aren't force fed the alpha male mentality from birth. Males however are fed a steady stream of what is considered gay and what is not. From parents, peers, coworkers. It is my belief that without this programming men would all be more willing to participate in MM situations. It is the survival gene that won't allow certain men to be subject to that though. Their brains are telling them that no matter how it may feel or how it may make them feel, it will transfer the gay label on their head and they will be forever shunned.
