    I don't get adults that read Harry Potter

    I read a few pages. Seemed juvenile. Same with the movies.

          Well, you know I'm juvenile ;) I've read them all (and am on the waiting list for #6) and I've seen all the movies. So did my 68 year old Dad

              In my opinion, it isn't really juvenile to read Harry Potter. Just because a book is written for a younger audience, doesn't mean adults can't enjoy it too. Some of my favorite movies of all time are the Disney/Pixar movies and they are intended for kids... Anyway, I got involved with Harry Potter only about a year ago and have read the 1st 4 books, and seen all 3 movies. I'm currently making my way through book 5 now, hoping to be done well before the release of #6 this summer... Plus it is nice to see a seires of books that parents and kids can both read and both enjoy... I'll miss it when it is all done...

                                      When the 4th book was released, 200mil had already been sold. There are 5 now. It might not be 700mil total, but it is in the hundreds of millions.
