    SEGuru's support. 50 days without answer.

    GRRR can't cancel our subscription to SEGuru.net. Our message has been waiting there for 50 days now with no answer from them and the Cancelation page does not work ( http://www.pswbilling.com/support/index.html )

    I don't want to chargeback, any thoughts?

                                                  I'm sure there is a good explaination. Sometimes emails get
                                                  missed and he is a very busy person.

                                                  As for charging back, if it wasn't a dead processor I'd avoid that
                                                  as you'll end up blacklisted by the 3rd party.

He is definitely NOT trying to rip ANYBODY off, and I will alert him to this thread.

                                                                  As to being a joke.....I don't know about his site, but he is the most knowledgable SEO around, and he works with some huge clients. When he speaks at SES conferences, the whole place comes to a stop to listen to him. He is NO JOKE.
