As much as I have been very happy with iBill, I was a little nervous about the recent sale of iBill. Now that I got to meet some of the guys from iBill, my fears have been put to rest. Meeting Garrett Bender was truly an honor. I am very happy he is at the helm. He was a true gentleman asking me what iBill could do better for us and I am small potatoes. lol His views on the industry and on how a processor should handle itself impressed me. The answers he gave were the ones I wanted to hear from someone I trust my living to. Ibill had a strong presence at the show; the guys were the nicest bunch of business professionals you would want to meet. Once again this reinforces that we made the right choice when we picked iBill for our processing needs.

Few things one a rep is not a whole company, secondly someone from iBill wrote that thread and handled it. I had a crazy mail lady who was doing God knows what with the mail. We never got a iBill check our rep was right on it got us hooked up with direct deposit so there was no bullshit.Last edited by tony286; 05-08-2004, 06:56 AM.Comment

Did you ask him why he didn't stand behing the people who trusted him two years ago?
Yeah, he gives very clear answers. Like to the question "Will IBILL pay me the money it owes me?" -- his very clear answer was "No."
