Man that was stressful. One second I was looking at a damn tgp submit page, which I forget which site it was, then I closed it, and all hell broke lose.
Then my comp was unusable, whatever I typed, anywhere, I got re-directed and pop up hell. I actually had to get someone ICQ me the first of three programs to get rid of it! I couldnt do anything
I first ran Spybots S&E, it found some of it, then I was actually able to download CWS Shredder, that again found more of it, but my homepage was still jacked and I still got re-directs.
The finishing move was installing Ad-aware. That ran nice. I did a reboot and my homepage is normal again! I just did a search in google for "sex" and I got no popups or redirects!
I was very stressed because about a year ago I got jacked and ran some spyware removal and it screwed my comp so bad removing it I could not even restart it.
I am ok now I think. Thanks Spyware, Lavasoft and Soeperman.
