        Kevin,

CCBill EU has slightly higher processing fees I believe.

Apart from that no difference and like you mentioned it depends on where you incorporate.

I'd suggest you look at Gibraltar .

        Good luck.

There are a lot of threads regarding Gib corp's and ccbill, but no exact explaination. Maybe the ccbill sales team can help you with some questions.

              Kevin,

Check out www.gibland.com. There are several options including a tax exempt corporation that pays a flat rate fee of 225 GBP a year with no restrictions on where control of the corporation takes place.

to process visa with ccbill you need to have a principle officer in the same country as your corporation.

you might wanna do some research ;)

Stay away from USA if you have the choice. It's NOT the country of freedom.

And 1% vs 2% CHB Threshold.

Definately in the EU - there is little choice in that and a lot more reasons than just the VISA fee!

If you live within the EU or have EU residency - no problem! Otherwise the avenue is a Gib corp these days!

Something! :-) Never discuss any plans or ask for advice on offshore incorporations from some third party processing company.

The nature of any offshore corporation is that this entity is private and details are not disclosed to *anyone*.

If you need advice, contact a "real" offshore lawyer who "actually" resides offshore. You will find many of the better offshore formation agents are actually legal practices - it's worth a phone call!
