when i call, the only american sounding voice is the recording. everyone i speak to seem to be foreigners!!! the last one i called i had recieved an email from first. the email was from
"Bill Smith" so i'm thinking finally i can speak to an american. WELL... when i called, a hindu sounding guy answered and of course... Bill Smith was too busy *emailing to get on the phone...
