I think from a surfer perspective, more freebies would be more likely to get me to join. I wouldn't do more free vids, but the 9 thumbs & larger pic layout, like you've currently got for four of them, would be cool to have for each model. It would make the site look more substantial, and give more opportunities to reel a surfer in thinking "I'd like to see more of that."

I'm not sure this is sound advice, I don't run paysites myself, but it seems like the top sites from the Nasty Dollars, Top Bucks, and TCG give a lot more free samples on the tour pages.
