Looks like a nice site.
Your own gfx look at bit too pixelated, the quality can take a nodge up I think.
Also the top banner is cut off at the sides and it's less wide than rest of page, that looks a bit off but overall a nice site

Good advice in here so far but here's a bit more.
What are the site details? I mean, as a surfer, I don't know if you have pics or vids of these girls. How long are the vids, quality, can I download? When do you update? 'More Girls' is not even linked.
Ideally, each girls thumb should link to her own page with maybe a couple censored screen shots of the videos (assuming they are vids of course). and a little write up.
Give the surfer a reason to join. Right now it kind of looks like a thumb tgp.

I think from a surfer perspective, more freebies would be more likely to get me to join. I wouldn't do more free vids, but the 9 thumbs & larger pic layout, like you've currently got for four of them, would be cool to have for each model. It would make the site look more substantial, and give more opportunities to reel a surfer in thinking "I'd like to see more of that."
I'm not sure this is sound advice, I don't run paysites myself, but it seems like the top sites from the Nasty Dollars, Top Bucks, and TCG give a lot more free samples on the tour pages.Comment

i suggest making it more of a splash look with a tour instead of having all the samples on the main page.... just my opinion though...I like turtles.Comment
