The paperwork these came with was amazing. Govt tax stamps, holograms and exit passes to leave the country with them legally.
It took an hour to buy 4 boxes at a government store.

You got ripped if you bought them from the government store. Cubans will throw cases of these things over the fence, at the Cohiba plant, to their buddies to sell. I get a box of 25 esplendidos with all the stickers to attach and paperwork for $50USD, and yes they are real
