forget the diet shit. People who go on diets lose a little poundage ...but then gain it right back. If you want to lose weight permanatly then you have to get used to eating right. Not just for a couple a months... but forever. You need to quit eating bad stuff just like everyone says but not just for a couple months. let's say you lose 20 pounds. Well... that's kew and all BUT... you have to maintain that wieght if you want to be happy with yourself.

It's pretty simple, there is no rocket science. It takes more will power than it does knowledge of a good diet.

when someone says they are going on a diet... it's like saying I'm gonna quit smoking for a day. That's not gonna happen.

          Diet is dying with a T! DIE-T!
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

I always thought you could eat anything you want if you did exercises frequently.. Sitting in front of the computer 10-12 hrs. without eating/drinking something 'unhealthy' would be too difficult for me. So I guess I'm just going to get fat...

So true! I take in 5 small healthy meals a day. No more drinks for Kat! I run/walk 3 x a week, skate, hike, whatever and it does work with dieting and exercising. Gotta keep that cardiovascular system healthy as well.

Note: Lots of Water and Flaxseed oil intake are key.

                      Yes, you are right.

You have to combine food and exercise and take care of what oyu eat at nights.

It's all about calories in vs calories out... eating the "right" foods... and exercise. I lost 100+lbs by simply switching to a healthy lifestyle and taking up exercise. Anyone can do it... it just takes hard work and dedication.

                              the "new" me...
