I always couldn't stand the fact that my success is based in the hands of some 3rd party where there is so much politics and if you aren't part of the "inner circle" you're basically placed into a different tier. Of course they will deny all allegations but the truth of the matter is, it exists and exits in a large way.
I'm not going to worry about that come next week because with the help of Netbilling, we now have our own merchant account which means more control.
Should have everything operational by Tuesday. At least if I fall flat on my face, I can blame myself which is how it should be.
My theory is there is to much money and hard work going into a program and control is the key. To many hands and influences in the pie is a sure recipe for disaster.

Hey Alex.. I used to think inconsistancies were the third party processors fault, but I have to tell you, I see the same thing with NetBilling and our merchant account. It's just the way sales are..
I have a graph in my admin section to show how many times the join page was loaded, how many times it was completed, how many joins and how many failures there were and you'd be amazed at the variety, and our traffic is usually pretty consistent..
