i think it is a good idea. there are plenty of people here who have been ripped off.
although i would make it a valid scamming list. not one where a person was late with a design or there was confusion about payment, blah blah blah.
too many people here are too quick to scream scammer when the word should not be used.
all in all though, good idea.
