I think it will be very difficult to verify the claims.
A check list of required (verifiable) proof might help and posting ONLY verified facts (without necessarily drawing conclusions - let the reader decide for themselves) might be of some value.
Although, if I need to know something about someone, I just ask those I know in this business directly (whose judgement I trust - or at least understand their biases) and they can pass on what they know without having to access a "whiner's blog".
