exactly!! i think you made a big point right there. I havent heard PROOF of anything , thinking back i remember that several people asked ccbill to confirm or deny the rebill fact and they didnt , so i would assume it was a ccbill mistake not a jeff scam or it would have been very simple and EFFECTIVE for ccbill to say , nope he turned off rebills on exactly 2/13/04 from ip address xx.xxx.xxx.xx
Infact i open an invitation to ccbill to either prove or deny this allegation..
As far as the other shit, people have beefs, ANYONE should have a contract , if they dont then when things go bad its very hard to point fingers , way to many dynamics involved. If everything is on paper , then there arent beefs, you go to your lawyer and say , collect my cash one way or another.
Im not saying jeff is right or jeff is wrong , but i have not seen 1 court paper nor one verifiable contractual obligation that was not fulfilled .
If you are in a position to lose/gain money based on "friendship" then your fooling yourself in this buisness and its been proven time and time again..
