                500 minimum kpbs, 25 fps, 32k audio


                That's about it. Keep the audio low as possible, drop some frames, MINIMUM 500 kpbs for movies. Although, if you're buying spots, you can put it as low and as ghetto as you want it seems. All the big TGPs and MGPs with movies sometimes have terrible, terrible quality links in their top 10s.

                  Why are u using Constant Bit Rate ? I find using 2-pass VBR achieves a smaller file with almost no quality loss ?
