Sorry but that is not an AKC conformation Cocker Spaniel.
You have to be very astute when purchasing a "claimed"
purebred. A true breeder has the AKC papers on the sire
and the dame of the puppies as well as papers ready to go
for potential purchasers.
That dog is cute but it's a $35.00 mutt.
Legs are too long
snout is too snipey and jowl-less
eyes are too small and they are discharging
the dog is too high at the withers
I have many years of conformation and obedience under my belt.

Most people don't want to face the fact they paid purebred
prices for a mutt. They all claim they have papers but when
asked for them the excuses start flying...seen this a bazillion
times.
If you want to buy a purebred call the AKC for tips and breeder names.
too many people go to the newspaper and get crooked.
