It's been made clear several times that Jeff has nothing to do with the money
and he is not paying the bills. If that's indeed the case then Pornkings
should have bought the ipod and charged it against Perfection Cash. That only seems logical. I just can't see holding Jeff responsible for this if in fact he does not have anything to do with the finances.

Just seems to me that there are a couple of you are just out for blood. None of this adds up when looking to point fingers at Jeff. Find out who paid for the banner spot and if Pornkings knew there was a contest running. If Pornkings paid for the banner spot then they were aware of the contest making them resposible for at least half of the cost of the contest. Again, it is my understanding that Jeff has nothing to do with the money.

I could be wrong, but if I were running a partnership like they have. That's how I would do it.
