Actually I caugth myself several times messing up dates like that. I mean when I write all dates in one format, but in some cases forgot and use other.
That's why I always use text name of the months in Releases and Agreements. Like that "Jan-09-2003". It can't be misred.
I must confirm that year in Saka release really looks like 2003, not 2002. It's just that lower part of 3 is not visible because of underline. That's the reason why I print the dates when possible or type them.
