    Do you have a neighborhood ice cream truck?

    Every now and then I hear the cheesey music of an ice cream truck driving by. I have no idea if he makes many sales, but I still think it's pretty cool. I've never seen one before until recently, who knew they were still around!

                              we have two of them . . . . but they usually are on the other side of the main street . . . . guess not as many kids on this side . . . but whenever one of them does come across to my side, I stop him . . . have actually cruised neighborhoods for them because they have the kind of candy you can only find in Tijuana, and my daughter needed some for a school project.

                                  last summer we a had a dude come around in a ice cream truck. but he wasn't selling too much ice cream. seems he was selling pot and crack. I thought it was kind of funny. then the cops got him.

                                                      Yah, there's an ice cream truck that comes through our neighborhood. Reminds me of my early childhood only it was a guy on a 3 wheel bike instead of a truck. We used to get ice cream all the time...I think the average price was around 50 cents, which was expensive compared to what they sold ice cream for on Fridays at school during lunch (25 cents for an ice cream sandwich or 50 cents for a "chocolate shake" in a cup, which is what I always got).

                                                      Now that shit's like $2-3 a pop. I'm sure they still ride the bikes around in my hometown but it doesn't fly here in Indy.
