they are legal yes true, ive seen lotsa of sites with underaged girls (esp german) processing duocash. I just dont like the whole shady - oh you can process with duocash when all other decline - idea.
we do 99% nonnude, all 18+ all 2257, like ccbill requires, docs, model releases everything, i dont wanna be mentioned in the same sentenced with a 10yo russian girl showing on the web. Im pretty sure if VISA finds these sites and looks a bit more thouroughly theyll suspend, just like they almost did with verotel.
