True, buying 1 or 10 tickets give yourself not much better odds.

But think of it this way, you have as good a chance as basically anyone who plays. so, why not. Someone has to win.

btw 26mill = not a lot..

120mill is normal for a high during the year.

My mom has gotten 5/6 #'s and collected just over 5k after taxes =)

Actually he's right..

it's not X in 23 million chance of winning (or whatever).. it's you have X 1 in 23 million chances of winning.

That's why if you buy half the tickets you DON'T have 50% odds of winning.

Fuck if I know the real math behind it though, statistical mathematics is some funky ass shit!
