time for you to put the computer away and step outside and realize that death is not something to dwell on.. go camping in the mountains and I am sure you mind will have other things to dwell on.. like not dieing(dying?)
most likely because you now have a child in your life, and you are now concerned about what goes on after you are gone. Not just the now and near future?

i dont dwell on it
it just seems like dying is going to suck
when i was 17 i got stabbed in the neck in a fight and almost died
my buddy sean has been dead since september
life is just fucking short
coming to terms with mortality is a difficult concept
start with Kierkegaard. then Nietzsche. followed by Heidegger. might be better to pick up a general book on existentialism, rather than read the names i mentioned straight up, unless you have a Philosophy background.
i am not afraid of dying but i am afraid of aging.. how fucked up is that! like most people i have had some VERY close brushes with my # being called.. and strangely i am at peace with it.
however, aging scares the crap outta me

You could be 30 or 40 or even 50, but you still would look absolutely fantastic for life LL
I think it would help if you think that you are not the only one who thinks that is going to die... I think about that... I could die every morning when I go to buy the newspaper.. or while I'm having a bath... or maybe sb could kill me in the street accidentally..
Nobody lives forever... and sometimes the death is a solution as well.
Dude you are seriously freaking me out ... quit obsessing over it ... fuck it i have been shot, stabbed, and gotten the shit kicked out of me ... i am still here .. i just do not want it to be too painful is all i worry about ..
I began worrying about death when I was in grade four... (hey, I was a weird kid). The reason I began to worry because it suddenly dawned on me what death means if you don't believe in an after-life. (which I don't)
I've found it helps a lot to look back on your life and think about how long it seems to have been so far. Then look at how many years you are likely to have ahead of you, and how damn long those are going to take. Might as well put off worrying until you are much older.
That's the only solution I've been able to work with.. just not thinking about it. And figuring out ways to make sure I am happy today... not tomorrow, not later... NOW. That way, if I do die soon, at least I lived happily.

So you'll have 6 Billion people to keep you company. Assuming of course you get into the air conditioned place and not the warm one down below.
if i died and went to heaven and had to endure eternity with some of the zealot bible thumpers, i would put in a transfer
Everybody will die sooner or later. You don't even have to think of it.
