Blah, he's spamming, if you want on his search engine (which you could whip one up in a weekend) you need to pay someone $9.95 per site which doesn't guarantee that you will be included on the site. I was just looking at $550+ for all the sites I'd want traffic from, I could AND WILL make better use of the $$$ elsewhere.

yes...if you submit like everyone else. I am offer a NO FEE submission with as many sites you want to as many sites and you want. Don't take the regular submission as what I am offering here. I have built a seperate submission interface for this offer.
