You should post some before pictures, and we'll wait for the after. Keeping a picture log of results is well worth it. The motivational value of the before and after pictures are just priceless.

BTW: Pilates works great for chicks. You should look into that as well.

Emthree....I'm not a "lazy ass"...I have junior arthritis and needed the assistance because of the pain involved during a work out.
