I understand the Thigh Roller. But the Ab Lounge just shows you're a lazy ass.
You can get a much better free range w/ resistance AB workout elsewhere.

You should post some before pictures, and we'll wait for the after. Keeping a picture log of results is well worth it. The motivational value of the before and after pictures are just priceless.

BTW: Pilates works great for chicks. You should look into that as well.
