Problem is that I am travelling and it's a bit inconvenient for me to get my hands on everything they want at the moment.
Just got off the phone with them...the manager that I spoke with told me that the hold was because they saw transactions coming from another country...I told her that it is because I have a home in that country also, and why didn't they freeze it when it first opened, since transactions from that country have been coming in from day one.
Basically, it just feels like paypal...I am being told that the department I need to speak to has no telephone access, and that I just have to send an email and hope for the best...
