    Finally Got My Sony VX2100!

    Waiting is a bitch.... but the price was right. Got home late last night opened it up..... and forgot to get the tapes.....Doh!

    Got them today. 24 of the puppies... it will take a while to stripe them, but that is happening now.

    This is some beautiiful engineering. Hats off to Sony. And the operation is similar enough to my old camcorder that I should be up to speed quickly.

    But the features...... I'm drooling.

    The difference between men and boys is the price of their toys!

              I've had mine for a few weeeks now...

              Overall... I'm happy with it...


              Make sure to go into the settings and turn the LCD brightness to the highest level...


              the default is crappy and dark and not an accurate reprensation of what is being recorded.

                                                  We still have the VX2000, but may spring for the 2100 this year. We love what the 2000 has done for us the last couple of years.
                                                  SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
