Are these idiots that stupid? We could bomb them into submission and they wouldn't even be able to fire back. Iraq made the same statements, and we destroyed them in less than three months with less than 200 deaths on our side.

Its not even comparable. Iraq had been under sanctions for years and obviously the weapons inspectors did their jobs.
