Remember the Iraqi press minister saying "there are no US tanks in Bagdad"? Clearly he didn't look out his window.
Are these idiots that stupid? We could bomb them into submission and they wouldn't even be able to fire back. Iraq made the same statements, and we destroyed them in less than three months with less than 200 deaths on our side.
