    I just don't fucken get it. (Yeah...It's a rant)

    So I go out and get templates designed, custom scripts written, and prepare 400+ FHG's because that's what everybody seems to want.

    Each FHG contains 16 pics AND a 1 minute video trailer.

    Guess what? NOBODY fucking uses them!!

    Why? Why do people bitch when you don't have FHG's then they don't use them when you do?

    I was told: "I can't add recips to FHG's."

    So...I had the script changed to allow this.

    Why are the very people who raised this concern still not using them?

    Some people say that FHG's are over satuarated.....Again....NOBODY...NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON is using them. GET IT? NOT ONE!

    Now the MGP people want me to make them FHG's as well. Although I am in the process of doing this.....I can't help but question if the new MGP galleries will even be used or if I'm just wasting resources developing those too?

    And here's something else I don't fucken get......Why would an MGP rather have 3-15 second clips (45 seconds total for those who can't add) instead of a single 1 minute clip? WTF?

    The sad thing is that my program is invite only.......If I'm this frustrated dealing with only those I have chosen....Imagine how frustrated I would be if I had to deal with the rest of you.

    I need to hire somebody to deal with affiliates.

      fhg are the way to go youve made the right move, weve got 50 or so and a server doing nothing but fhg, potds, autogallery etc etc over 10mpbs every day... ppl use them lots, and if they want they can save them add recips and upload them on their own server...

      im sure youve planned the same, its working for sure, guess you just talked to the wrong affiliate at the wrong time

                  Uploading them to their own server kinda defeats the purpose of FHG's. This is why I have a script that allows them to add recips.

                              The rest can use non-hosted galleries you have...

                                              Send emails with the code available to copy and paste easily...
                                              You should open the program and tell the places who list free hosted galleries that you're open for business, thats my advice man.. You can always review accounts prior to approval.. And be pickey about who you have as an affiliate..

                                              Being private is not going to get you anywhere man, THere's only so much one specific affiliate can do, and I've told you this already and I highly suggest that you open your doors.. I can give you more advice, all you gotta do is ask me.. You know I like to give friends good advice..

                                              I'm sorry we missed our usual dinner on Tuesday btw.. way too much shit going on right now.. Have to play catch up in some areas.. Also pushing ahead more than usual in other areas..

                                                          i went through the same thing a while back with a previous employer, i spent hours making galleries, thumbs, descriptions etc.....only to find ONE affiliate even using it....it sucks dude, people always want shit til you have it, then they don't ever use it

                                                                              Welcome to the Matrix.
                                                                              Your not the only guy to experience this trend, it is actually somewhat accross the board for several programs. Only a fraction of Galleries are actually used, dispite all the whinning webmasters that clamor for FHG's.

                                                                              Personally I have been against FHG's and MGP's and have seen the FHG, MGP plight go down as "Overrated". I suspect it is a manipulation by the TGP segment clamoring for a larger take without having to list submits and bother with cheaters.

                                                                              On sme fronts FHG's, MGP's make sense but realistically I know your stuff wuld sell itself.
                                                                              DO the math on a member, split it, chop it, add in bandwidth and your getting maybe just maybe 1-3 dollars per member! Account for labor Offline and online.

                                                                              Shoot costs, video editing, website development all that shit and your running your profits pretty thing to support a vertical growth.

                                                                              My honest advice and most sincere honest advice is to cut out any leaks that do the following where possible:
                                                                              A: increase bandwidth
                                                                              B: dilute content value

                                                                              Webmasters fill in both A and B!
                                                                              My philosophy is "Fuck" the webmasters they are more trouble than they are worth, harness your own traffic channels and take the full member yourself. IMHO Webmasters just arent worth it.

                                                                              I think LightSpeed has summed it up pretty good a while back ago with a nice rant post abut the whores webmasters are with extreme demands.

                                                                              Regarding MGP's...
                                                                              The MGP segment is more fucked than the TGP segment.

                                                                                  1) the person can see different portions of the vid
                                                                                  2) thats not enough time to jizz all over your keyboard

I even put in my last affiliate email that one should use ALL of the galleries. You never know which brawd will make a surfer click and buy.

                                                                                                                                                                                      And I've noticed that a lot of tgp's use the SAME thumbs (and that means galleries) day after day after fucking day...If I was a surfer and bookmarked your tgp and I see the same fucking thumbs in the "best of them" section, I'm gonna stop coming around.

The programs will cut the affiliates off completely and hire their own low wage workers to slave for them...I've seen some of your galleries here and there and I KNOW that they have to be paid galleries....That's why I'm on a mission to start buying traffic starting this year and from here on forward. I'd rather cut a check or send a credit card payment and watch the traffic and sales come in while I sit around jerking off and doing nothing instead of submitting gallery after gallery and begging people to accept my fhg's.

They don't ask for FHG's, they don't ask for POTD's -all they ask for is their checks.
