This question is a little too broad to mean anything. But for teen my sponsor is myself, Innocent Cash. I tend to send myself the best ratios, but that's also because I know what traffic converts on my sites and how.
But for multi-model teen sites, I seem to do best with Extreme Paychecks.
Other teen sites I push that do really well for me are:

There isn't something like "the best" sponsor, choose a few honest ones (board search helps a lot sometimes) and promote them.
BTW: Adult Sponsor Test.com would be a good starting point for your research
