What we have here is pretty obviously a ripiff down to the placement of the bookmark text, tag line, colors, size . . . That's a basic tgp design that has been used for years by hundreds if not 1000s of tgps. Not you will say having 4 pics on a single line is yours. What about 5 pics on a single line?

Why do I only ever hear people complain about design steal that have the most basic site layout possible?
Besides the colors that are similar we see:
Head
pics in rows and colums
text
pics ...
text
footer
I am amazed what some people call design.SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.Comment

It's similar but I don't think you can call it stealing. He didn't steal any graphics, he just created a similar theme using a little different purple, different fonts etc.
