I used to have one, well a hood piercing (never pierce your actual clit...there is a chance you could lose all sensation! eek!) and it was nice, I had a horizontal one, so it wasn't always 'annoying' me, but I did, in the end, take it out. No scar or anything. Heals really quick there (like a few days). At this point I'm indifferent.
