They could be deemed illegal depending on the context of their display (e.g. juxtaposed with pornography), or depending on the style of photos (genital closeups, sexual poses, etc.). It would certainly be a mistake for the seller to have mixed nudes of minors when marketing to adult webmasters, but nudity isn't the same thing as pornography.
