I'd ask the seller for clarification; still possible she signed at 15, but shot the set at 18+. Although even in that case, I'd guess that a model release signed by a minor would be invalid in the US (a parent/guardian would have to sign), so even if she was 18 in these sets, but 15 when she signed the releases, he should have gotten new releases signed. (I could be wrong, I'm unfamiliar with the international legal issues).
Also, while you absolutely wouldn't want them on a porn site, pictures of simple nudity of minors are not inherently illegal in the US. They could be deemed illegal depending on the context of their display (e.g. juxtaposed with pornography), or depending on the style of photos (genital closeups, sexual poses, etc.). It would certainly be a mistake for the seller to have mixed nudes of minors when marketing to adult webmasters, but nudity isn't the same thing as pornography.
