I am actually going to answer your question honestly. GFY is about connecting, getting to know everyone in the business. That means male and female. I personally do not see the need for a girls only forum. I mean, what would be its use? Talking about hairstyles? What is the latest fashion trend? If I want to discuss business, then I want *everyone* in on the discussion, not just the females.
I think the forum would be taking a step backwards. Females need to be seen as equals and on par with their male counterparts. Seperate the sexes and I believe that would be counter productive.
If you feel that you need somewhere seperate so you don't get the "show us your tits" questions, then perhaps GFY just isn't the place for you. Comments like that will always occur here, that is the way it is. I personally do not find it offensive, this is after all the adult industry.
