That's what I think, this is all new ground to me and exciting.

Analysing the different traffic sources and seeing which ones bring the surfers to the site and which ones are actually signing up is interesting. To date the highest quality for us has been The Shemp.

We now have 6 webmasters also driving traffic to us, we are just testing the whole thing to see if it works. Not sure if 6 is enough, but it will do.

Not sure about 3 day trials, I reckon if people see the quality on the stuff on the tour and need 3 days to try it out what you gain you might lose also with people who have been ripped off with those trials. But as I said all new to me.

We get pretty good ratios once they get on the site.

But getting them there is the problem, our galleries need sharpening up or is 2-3% about right for teens?
