hmm. I need to put some weight on myself. 5' 6" at 110. And I used to be able to bench 180. Not easily, but doable. MUCH stronger legs though, 850 on a hip sled. Maybe not a lot for you, but for 115 lbs(at the time), that ruled. BUT, I've had a desk job for 10 years. No more roofing house or installing land fill scales, just sysadmin. I still pour cement some, did 300 80lb bags last year(fuck I'm outa shape).
I need to eat more/better. Just not sure what. I don't eat fast food, but lots of chicken and turkey. And nutrigrain bars and 'Ensure' (I don't eat enough veggies). Planning on starting to swim some, maybe hit the gym some. Any ideas?
