Some speculate that the use of HCG while on could desensitize your reponse to LH. Not sure if it's true though, I haven't seen any medical reports on it.
HCG and Nolvadex post cycle is plenty.
No matter what, when you're on cycle of anything you're going to be supressed whether you are using HCG or not. It is good for keeping your testies at a relatively normal size while on something heavier though.
