? your dick is tissue NOT muscle. steroids do nothing to your dick. Your balls is another manner. Since your body has taken a large amount of new test your balls dont produce as much and shrink (simple terms). Your balls, if given the appropriate time to recoup will go back to normal. If you don't want your balls to shrink at all than that's where HCG comes in
