Common, let's be real. Your country was big, proud nation for like a decade before it got swallowed up by its neighbors. What does that have to do with anything? People like you come on here CONSTANTLY accusing America and its citizens of this and that and then you wonder why we respond in a negative way and get 'overprouded'? I grew up in a country near yours and I have to tell you I am proud to be an American and no country is perfect but there really is no country like the US on this planet, I don't care what all you envious folks seem to think about it, you have a degree of freedom here that just wouldn't be possible anywhere else. This country is so vast and large that no two cities are alike and living in one city is almost like living in another country, except everyone speaks the same language and they don't generally hate each other for ethnic differences, yes there is some racial tension still, but by and large that's being handled. Now let me ask you this: When's the last time anyone asked you how come you are so overprouded to be a Lithuanian? Do you think anybody here cares? So then why do you care about americans, other than maybe because you wish you were one.. [/END RANT]

I responded to the guy, who told me to compare his and mine countries history.

I feel that you are really proud of the country that you live in, but you still respect the others. That's a normal and healthy attitude.

This just proves, that the country you are living in has nothing to do with such a overboasted character.
